  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as underwear, swimwear, and earrings cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Return Shipping Costs

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
