This shipping policy applies to all orders delivered within the United Kingdom.
Countries of Shipping
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Order Processing & Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 6:00 PM (GMT, London) will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
Order processing takes 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). After processing, your order will be handed over to the carrier for dispatch.
Shipping & Delivery Times
- Transit Time: 4 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)
- Total Estimated Shipping Time: 5 to 9 business days (processing + transit)

Shipping Costs
Shipping is always free.
We cover all shipping costs for every order, with no minimum order quantity required.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at support@flintvogue.com or call +44 755 776-8838 within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, or once your order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
You may return your order in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Delivery Issues
If our delivery partners are unable to deliver your order due to address issues or unavailability, they will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue.
If delivery is unsuccessful and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 business days of receipt.
Photographic evidence of the damage may be required to process your claim.
After review, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit for items confirmed as damaged in transit.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
Public Holidays
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on UK public holidays.
Please allow extra time for delivery during these periods.

This policy applies to domestic orders within the United Kingdom only.
